Just last month we were able to return to the Easton Criterium for the third year in a row and take over Northampton St. in Downtown Easton to celebrate our 24th Birthday! We're just not sure everyone else knew they were there too (lol). We used our ENTIRE birthday budget to throw the Homebase $1K Ollie Invitational. Featuring Cash for Tricks, Highest Ollie & of course the Longest Ollie contests.
You can catch the full video recap from our guy Matt Pepe below:
To The Winner Goes The Spoils:
Connor Wine took home first place in both the High & Long Ollie Contests plus both of the custom stained glass trophies handmade by Mikey Denora sponsored by Unity Bank.
BIG MONEY BIG MONEY:
Maurio McCoy is our 2026 "Highest Earner", winning over $250+ in cold hard cash during our Cash For Tricks Contest sponsored by Banko Beverage Company.
There is so much I could write here but I always think what's most important is THANK YOU. Thank you to Andy for creating 24 years of my favorite place in the world and trusting me as much as you do. Thank you to Longtail Productions, everyone at the GEDP, Easton Main St. and Easton Ambassadors for having us. Thank you to Banko Beverage and Unity Bank for sponsoring everything. Thank you to Lowes Bethlehem, 5th Pocket Skateparks, Easton Skatepark Association, Bill McWill, Jake Baldini, Tim Weadock and AJ Rogers for making the ramps possible. Thank you to Mkey Denora for making custom trophies for us (I still want one). Thank you to our friends Danny Finocchio and LV Artists Meetup for painting the ramps and bringing them to life. Thank you to Justin Mondeschein, Matt Pepe and David Toolan for capturing the day so the team and I could be completely present and enjoy it. Last but of course not least thank you to all of the HB staff past and present for making it possible for us to be where we are today.
And of course, thank you to you for supporting Homebase at any point over the last 24 years. We couldn't be who we are without the support of our amazing community. It'll never be lost on me how special it is that we get to do what we do. Now the real question is... how are we gonna top this for the 25th?!
With Love Always,
-Quintin
